• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Dewa89 reserves the right to hold any deposit suspected of being fraudulent or unauthorised while an investigation is carried out.
• Dewa89 does not charge any additional fees for deposits. However, your bank or digital wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Dewa89 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions and the specific terms stated alongside each promotion:

• Rollover Requirement: All deposit bonuses must be wagered at least at the rate stated in the relevant bonus terms (typically between 10x and 30x) before any withdrawal is permitted.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each member is entitled to each type of promotion once only, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse Prohibition: Members found to be using arbitrage strategies, bet hedging, or any other method designed to exploit bonuses without risk will have their bonuses voided and may face account suspension.

• In the event of a technical error or system issue during an active round or match, dewa89 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the relevant members.
• For Sports Betting (including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and other sports), the odds displayed are accurate at the time the bet is placed. Any odds changes after a bet is confirmed will not affect the value of your bet.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a match or game outcome, dewa89's system records are final and binding.

All dewa89 members are required to conduct themselves responsibly, respectfully, and within the bounds of the law. The following are strictly prohibited on the dewa89 platform:

• Any form of fraud, including the use of stolen or unauthorised credit/debit cards or payment accounts.
• Money laundering through the dewa89 platform or any attempt to do so.
• Use of automation software (bots), scripts, or any unauthorised tools that provide an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Manipulation or attempts to exploit any technical vulnerabilities within the dewa89 system.
• Owning or operating multiple dewa89 accounts, whether directly or through another person.
• Sharing or selling your account to another person, or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Any communication containing threats, profanity, racial slurs, or abuse directed at dewa89 staff or other members.

Dewa89 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term in this document or related dewa89 policies.
• Failed identity verification or insufficient KYC documents upon request.
• Activity showing signs of fraud, money laundering, or system abuse.
• Requests from relevant authorities pursuant to valid legal proceedings.
• At the member's own request for voluntary account closure.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the dewa89 support team via live chat or email. Once the request is received, any valid balance (subject to all conditions being met) will be returned within 3–5 business days.
